Shopping with children in tow is not always the most relaxing experience. However, knowing the location of the nearest toilets, changing mats, feeding rooms, lifts and refuelling stations can make the outing a little easier! (Assume all independent shops have buggy access unless stated otherwise). This chapter includes a listing of the major high street names, but our main aim is to focus on the many independent retailers in Bristol, who offer interesting products, in-depth knowledge and a personal service.
