Association for Children with Life threatening or Terminal Conditions and their Families. ACT provides information on support services available for families, whose children have life threatening or terminal conditions regardless of the particular diseases involved. It is involved in contact between service providers and campaigns, to encourage the development of childrens palliative care services.
