Visitors view the cheese making from a glassed in gallery (best between 12-2pm). There are information panels and a video. Also wooded grounds and play area with animals. Occasional birds of prey flying demonstrations and static displays. There is a farm shop (9am-5pm) and licensed restaurant (10am-5pm).
