You can view from hides and towers and feed the birds. There is a visitor centre, which includes the Hanson Discovery Centre, a cinema and amazing views over the River Severn from the Sloane Observation Tower (height 17 meters! lift available). There is a wildlife art gallery and the Tropical House in the grounds gives you a chance to see hummingbirds really close up.
